Improve packlist ranking on playstore #66

packlist ranking on play store is low which causes it to appear lower in search results: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nbossard.packlist On other (professional) apps, we can see that inciting user to rank has very good results.

Looking at library : https://github.com/hotchemi/Android-Rate might be interesting (faster ? complex triggering conditions, already translated)
