Update the README file #3

How do you add plugin? I can't see *.nbm file

Did you try to install the following?

https://github.com/nbphpcouncil/nb-ci-plugin/releases

But I think that there is a problem in our README file. So, we will update the README file. May I change this issue title to "Update the README file"?
