Prevent attacks with known tools. I detect and block them via log on this rules system will block acunetix, sqlmap .... tools scan

@vncloudsco naxsi_core.rules is already available here: https://github.com/nbs-system/naxsi/blob/master/naxsi_config/naxsi_core.rules The reason why it is not included in this repository, is because this is seen as an extra to configure naxsi with additional rules not included with the main repository. From my side if you delete that file from your PR we can merge this (ofc, if @axellink is ok with this change)
