Made identity_url globally configurable #22

I needed the identity_urlto be static over all users, and thus to be configurable.

OMG Hound. I think I am going to turn off Hound for this repo. :)

It looks like the test are failing on 1.9 for reasons entirely unrelated to your PR. I'm going to accept this and release a new version; thanks for the patch!
