Be sure to restart server so that reconfig takes place.
.htacess does not have to be in src/public (what works for your system)
Apache rewrite module needs to be enabled
All web requests will go to index.php. Slim will handle routing.

Future versions of macOS will not include PHP. PHP 7.3.24-(to be removed in future macOS)PHP is included in macOS for compatibility with legacy software.
