folding misbehavior in vim mode #19

In Vim mode, when the cursor "crosses" a folded section, it unfolds,
turning folding rather useless. this happens when moving the cursor using
the arrow keys or the j/k keys.

i tested this in 0.7.14 and 0.7.15 (gentoo linux)

thanks for the great tool. except for that, being able to edit lilypond
files using vim mode is great.
