Enhanchement: improve MIDI reproduction #28

It would be great that midi reproduction will be imporved. I means that it 
should be the 
possibility to:
- play MIDI from other points, pause MIDI, stop MIDI
- play only one voice each time
- convert midi to flac or ogg (timidity -Ov <filename>)

Planned for the long term is full internal MIDI support (i.e. play from cursor
position etc. and input without Rumor).

Frescobaldi now (SVN and soon 1.1.6) has an embedded MIDI player which shows 
the barnumbers while playing.
