PDF links broken when filepath or filename contains spaces or accented chars #33

Greetings,

I'm opening this issue as an intentional duplicate of issue 5.

This bug has been reproduced on every version of Frescobaldi/Okular for the
past couple of years.

Steps to reproduce: create a PDF file such as the one attached, with spaces
and/or accented characters in its filename or filepath. The point-and-click
links do not work anymore. (Renaming the file with only ASCII chars fixes
the problem.)

I've also posted a bug report to the Okular team, so this page is merely
intended to keep track of what happens there.

And here's the link to the Okular-specific report:

Oops, the PDF above has been generated without textedit:// links.

Here's a corrected version.

Pino Toscano, from the KDE team, seems to have fixed the bug:

It should appear in KDE4.4. Nice work!
