SW locks up when clicking on lik for Chordname #37

The file attached is a (christmas) song and the generated pdf.

When clicking notes, the editor places the cursor in the text at the note 
(good).
When clicking a chordname, the tool locks up and needs to be killed.

Reproduce:

1. open the song file attached.
2. Generate the pdf or use the one attached.
3. Click the first chord-letter (D)

An error message box appears. This box can neither be closed nor cancelled.

Version:
Frescobaldi 0.7.13
Lilypond    2.12.2
Ubuntu 9, kernel 2.6.31-22-generic

After adding this, I noticed that the links for the notes and lyrics look good, 
but the links created for the guitar-chords all end with  :0:0:0 .

Texteditor does not seem to like this.

The :0:0:0 is a LilyPond bug.

But Frescobaldi should not lock up. On my system it displays a dialog saying a 
directory can't be loaded. Please try Frescobaldi 1.1.8 if possible.
