optinal auto-save when running Lilypond (preview) #4

Sometimes i forget to hit ctrl-s before running the preview.
To enhance workflow it would be fine to auto-save the current document when
doing ctrl-shift-M.
If it is not suitable for all situations may be there could be a configure
option "auto-save current document when running preview" or something like
that.

Yes, I will try to add this feature. (Either autosave or save to a temporary
file.
In that case LP could also be run on a document that has not been saved at all).

I have even been thinking on the opposite: auto-run LilyPond every time the
document is saved.

Yes. The opposite sounds also fine. But maybe some people doesn't want to
change the
pdf view but want to save changes during working period. Don't really know what
is
the better way ...

Implemented in revision 481. LilyKDE 0.6 will contain this option.
