The documentation should be downloaded and installed together with the selected version of lilypond #40

when installing new versions of lilypond from within frescobaldi, the 
documentation should also be downloaded and installed. When selecting the 
version of lilypond in use, the correct documentation should be linked with it.
It is a great feature, to be able to easily get the latest version of lilypond 
from within frescobaldi, but it is very frustrating when realising after hours 
of work that the code does not work because of the outdated documentation.

Yes this would be very nice. Added as TODO! For the time being, you can set the 
Documentation url to something like 
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/web/manuals.html in 
Settings->Configure Frescobaldi->Paths.

Great, frescobaldi already has been a life saver for me :-), now I feel it gets 
even better.
