random language changes in docs #45

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Lilypond Documentation
2. If I navigate to the 2.13 branch of the docs from within frescobaldi i get 
random changes of language - usually into french but i got hungarian 
earlier...it usually occurs if i go the index page of 'notation manual'
3.

frescobaldi 1.2 kde 4.6.1 (using xfce as desktop)

happens both on linux netbook and also under parallels 6 on mac os 10.6.7

it's quite unpredictable...
