New wiki-article about Frescobaldi in german #56

I got no problem, i only want to say that a new Wiki-Article in german is 
finished. The Article ist about the Installation of FrescobaldiV2.0 für 
Debian, ArchLinux and Windows + the use of the new build-in midi-player.

Use google translator for english. For all german speaking musicians: i hope 
the article will help to install und use Frescobaldi in an easy way.

Frescobaldi ist great!
