So it turns out that the Black and White Half Sleeve and QB Wrist dump as unique textures for each team. They are not shared like you would expect and is the case with Black and White elbow bands, etc. So, I dumped these items for EVERY team and created replacement files (over 400) so these will now work as intended (replaced by BaltimoreRavens' 3/4 sleeve bottom part).
