Uniform Numbers are Incompatible with newer PCSX2 #228

PCSX2's texture code was changed earlier this year and is no longer reading NCAA NEXT uniform number textures the same way. In current mod, the numbers are in 0-7 and 8-9 files. The newer PCSX2 dumps individual numbers. Because of this issue, NCAA NEXT is using an older PCSX2 version.

About this, exist a plan to update the mod to be compatible with the newer version? (asking 'cause my old PC get a error with the "AVX2" version, with the actual version of the PCSX2 run very smoothly)
