Can't install Sreenwaver-hx #11

i install from cmd from a windows 7 pc
lasted haxe (2.05) + neko (1.8.1) installed
After downloading screenweaver-hx it's telling me 
Download complete : 1097036 bytes in 16.3s (65.6KB/s)
depends is missing attribute version

I have the exact same problem, just installed latest versions of Haxe + Neko 
and can
not install ScreenweaverHX. It results in the same error: "Depends is missing
attribute version" and I am unable to run any samples afterward, confirming 
that the
installation is not successful.

Perhaps it's not compatible with windows 7, that's what i've read somewhere
