Update Intake-ESM version in requirements #166

Change Summary

Apologies, I forgot to do this earlier. ecgtools>=2023.7.7 only works with Intake-ESM>=2023.7.7. This PR adds this to the requirements.

This requirement should also be added to the ecgtools-feedstock recipe and then hopefully that will run successfully since Intake-ESM=2023.7.7 is now available on conda-forge.

@mgrover1, the latest release of ecgtools still hasn't successful deployed to conda-forge. Could you also please update the Intake-ESM version to >=2023.7.7 in the failing PR of the ecgtools-feedstock recipe. With that change, the new conda-forge build should deploy successfully. I don't have permission to make this edit.
