Value prop flow = what users see when the open the app for the first time, before registering. Goal is to get them to register.

Onboarding flow = what users see immediately after registering. Goal is to make it clear how the app works, get them to link their first account, and start using the app.

I really like your proposal. Instead of making another proposal, I'm going to extend / fill in some gaps / make some minor changes on what you made.

Random notes:

• I think we need to force people to go through all screens before they can log in / register, so that everyone has at least a high level idea of what the app is about and the focus
• I think our screens need to have a title and a little subtext, I think that can convey the message the best (e.g. like this https://www.pinterest.com/pin/425730971024255863/).
• I feel now it's almost suspicious that the app is free. E.g. how do we pay the bills, what are our incentives? Maybe we should add a section on that, telling that we will implement a subscription model once we are comfortable with the quality.

Most important messages

After registration:

• Throw out 'welcome' and 'all set' screen, just keep 'link account'
• Other screens need to have an 'empty' state that makes sense + CTA: -- Todo screen: Add buttons: Link bank + Add manual transactions. Remove alert if no account connected AND no transactions: then we have the empty state. -- Spending screen: Categorize some transactions to analyze your spending. Button 'Categorize now': go to Todo screen. -- Transactions screen: Remove button in case we don't have transactions?
