Create pdf report generator

Produce python code to take routinely plots generated and compile a bespoke pdf report for a specific location. This could be automatically generated and issued once a day (before work hours) to give a daily outlook for conditions that for that location. These should be fairly flexible to allow us to modify them based on feedback from FAAM/AMOF.

• [x] Learn how to do basic pdf report generation
• [x] Create branding images to act as header/footers
• [x] Create test reports to make sure that they look good and the formatting is as expected
• [ ] Learn how to automatically send emails that contain the daily weather report based on NWR.
• [ ] Test run report generation and dissemination for a single location
• [ ] Create list of highly condensed plots that give lots of information in small number of images (meteograms, wind roses, pressure maps with fronts etc.)

As practice with report generation I created simple reports of the existing and proposed WRF NWR domains. This worked well.
