Simplified Chinese Translation #6

The fork: https://github.com/Thesharing/covid-19 I'm currently working on the translation. But I find that there are some nouns in epidemiology that is too professional for me. So I think any help would be appreciated.

@ncase I wonder which markdown tool do you use to convert the markdown file into html file? I tried Typora, but the footnote it outputs is not compatible with index.html.

Thanks for your help! I'm currently working on the translation of word.md as the step 3 says. Until right now I've met two main challenges:

  1. There are plenty nouns in epidemiology which are difficult to understand for me because I don't study in medical majors.
  2. I can't export the markdown into html file with the correct format. When I insert the exported html codes into index.html, the page is broken.

I've already uploaded my unfinished translation to my forked repository. Please feel free to correct the typos and mistakes.

For coordination, I think we can divide the articles into several parts. And once you started working, you can just post the number of the part you are working on. I believe this can make us avoid working on the same part. Also I think it would be good if we both can push the commit of the translated part as soon as we finished.

@Thesharing w.r.t. the footnote, try this https://markdown-it.github.io and see if it works.

During the translation, I would recommend that we keep the English sentence and add the Chinese translation in a new line beneath. This will be good for double checking the translation.

Hi there, how is the translation going? As one learned epidemiology on Coursera during the COVID-19 outbreak, I think I can help translate some professional terms. If you are not sure about how a word or concept was called in Chinese (for example R0, Spillover, NPI, etc.), feel free to contact me :D

There's nothing update in your guys' repo, I translated everything (literally). I have some understanding in epidemiology only from Plague Inc (I know about the game and got ALL achievements of the game before COVID-19 pandemic) and 3Blue1Brown. There are some comics remains untouched, I will work on that later this night.

My translation might need some review from someone specialized in medical or epidemiology, some of my translation may contain some stats issue which need to be reviewed by someone who understand stats.

你们俩的仓库久未更新，我把这里面所有的东西都给翻译了。我对于流行病学的理解仅仅来源于游戏《瘟疫公司》（我在新冠之前接触到了这个游戏，并达成了全成就）和 3蓝1棕。还有一些汉化尚未翻译，我今晚将会把这些漫画翻译完成。

我的译文需要一些懂医学或流行病学的人来进行校对，译文中有一些涉及到统计学的部分需要一些懂统计学的人来进行校对。
