0 -> default legacy behavior, on signal : apply and transmit 1 -> accumulator: apply and if overflow transmit 2 -> alive accumulator: like 1 but die if empty

It should help for #7 and #9 issue and include https://github.com/ncase/loopy/pull/10 pull request
