i'm thinking about 2 kind of randomness :

An arrow type who have 50% chance to transmit input signal, 50% chance to deny it.
An arrow type who convert signal to any random color (in colorLogic mode)
An arrow type who convert signal to a random color from 2, or 3 specific colors (in colorLogic mode)

done in #20 (the random color mode pick random color from allowed color to go out from target node)
