I don't know if it's OK to promote third-party products here, especially a non-free (proprietary) browser. Even if it's acceptable, IMHO it would be fair to mention other translation services, e.g. translate.google.com
I think that it's ok to include a link to Yandex.browser in localization note. Because:
- the article was published under Creative Common 0, which allows me to changed it in any way I want (so I think it's acceptable)
- author added links to useful videos which are not available in Russian. The easiest, the best and the fastest way to recognize voice in this videos, translate it and voice it over is to use Yandex.browser. Because it has a build-in tool to translate videos in Russian. Currently there is no other tools to do it in an easy way. And I believe that readers (who don't know English at all) will want to understand content of the videos, so that note was for them. It's better to have it.
- author "promotes" other third-party non-free tools and books in the original text. So it's just another one.
But I can mention google translate too (despite the fact that the quality of google translate is much worse) :)

According to rules of Russian language it's ok use е instead of ё when it does not change the meaning. It does not change the meaning. Will fix if in the rest of the text I use ё.

Regarding the gender of author – as I mentioned before, I will add an option for readers to choose gender of narrator, so the text will be changed automatically (using vue.js or maybe pure js). Please wait for the next commit, it will be soon.
