Changed font to allow for Latvian symbols. Some visual tweaks also, to fit longer or shorter text in buttons and such. I suppose, you will do the "new-link-to-a-new-translation-in-main-page" thing?

I can't pull this request because it would replace the main English version with Latvian, but!
