Can we get the "custom-check-suite" example working in the cc-yaml README? #26

With a change made to the compliance-checker-lib this now works. The change was:

NOTE: The suggested approach is that the version of each suite is included so the name should be: ":", e.g.:

"my-suite:1.0"
