Regex updated for correct date time format in the filename and allows multiple options.

This has updated regex for the date and time as well as multiple options:

Valid date/times in filename

• <YYYY>
• <YYYY><MM>
• <YYYY><MM><DD>
• <YYYY><MM><DD>-<HH>
• <YYYY><MM><DD>-<HH><mm>
• <YYYY><MM><DD>-<HH><mm><ss>

Can now also take multiple options.

Current file format: <instrument_name>_<platform_name>_<YYYY><MM><DD>-<HH><mm><SS>_<data_product>_[<option1>_<option2>_...<optionN>_]v<version>.nc
