Fix up `ggas2014121200_00-18.nc` dataset to use CF compliant units #194

Close #193. I have set the appropriate CF units of '1' on the affected fields (the ones at index 0 and 4 in cf-python, so first and fifth) and also added the appropriate standard name which was missing the first case (sea_ice_area_fraction).
