Moving alert from RDIP2 to STRIDES #7

Four AWS instances will be available via STRIDES: Two for development (1 for data storage, 1 for computational analysis and application) and two for production (1 for data storage, 1 for computational analysis and application)

Once they are up, all of our work should be moved to STRIDES cloud
