This version includes the following changes:
This version uses SQLite rather than a MySQL database to ease installation. This version will automatically download a copy of the latest SQLite database which removes the requirement on MySQL installation and data loading.
Added reaction information from Rhea-DB.org. This enables reporting on reactions associated with input metabolite and protein IDs, analytes to reaction class mapping, metabolite to enzyme associations and more.
Enhanced performance on pathway clustering for faster results on large queries.
