Add filters on the etags resource #30

Hello,

Is it possible to add filters on the public etags resource (http://bard.nih.gov/api/latest/etags?expand=true) so that we could filter for a specific etag(s)?

For example: http://bard.nih.gov/api/latest/etags?expand=true&filter=MLP Probes[name]
