This issue relates to Orange Team's plans for implementing modules one through four of Workflow 5.

@hsolbrig : I'm happy to discuss this issue, if that would be helpful. We are meeting on Wednesday, 1/9 to discuss clinical data and the BioLink data model, but we may want to schedule an additional meeting focused specifically on this issue. Let's decide after Wednesday's meeting.
