It would be nice if we would allow some DTD modules to be annotated in Markdown and others in HTML. As it is right now, all the individual modules of a given DTD have to be in the same style.
The rationale for this is so that someone could extend or customize, say, the JATS DTD, without having to write their annotations in the same style, if they don't want.
