saxon needed #2

Can you please add something to the readme that tells the user what is saxon and how to install it?

I updated the README. In fact, you don't need Saxon unless you want to use the xml files in the test directory -- completely optional. Let me know if you hit any other snags.

Thanks @Klortho. I was mainly looking to put an epub book on my webpage. Am still figuring out what to use for that. Will look at using your code again soon.
