This pull request amends #32 so that it builds: the key code change is to rename the version Dockerfile variable by blast_version. It also specifies ncbi/edirect:12.5 so that the image can build. The latest version of ncbi/edirect has slightly different paths and therefore doesn't work without additional changes.
