I see. The "control + move" feature in Firefox is not designed. We could add this feature for all browsers.
I think it would be a good idea.

While were on the subject of browser / OS issues
On firefox - the control key - drag works. For example, i can hold down the control key, do a double tap (I use a trackpad), while holding the control key and move a structure in the window. Release the control key and tap again to rotate, zoom.
Control tap mimics right click behavior
On Chrome / safari control tap does not work. I cannot to move a structure in a window. Control tap, control double tap ...
I'll add this appears to be specific to track pads (mouse right click works).
For many of us mice are passe and laptops have track pads.
