Hello! Please make sure to review the guidelines for the input YAML to PGAP. Certain fields are necessary if you intend to submit to GenBank, inlcuding authors and contact info. As for the concern over the number of pseudogenes would recommend that you compare to the genomes in RefSeq for the same species.

Hi, I annotated a whole genome using PGAP standalone package I want to know that can i submit the processed data, i.e. results of standalone PGAP annotation in the NCBI also the number of pseudogenes in the annotations are 7%, is the data good enough for submission...?
