How to tell if this has been run on a sample #29

My understanding is this tool is run on an uploaded fastq if requested by the submitter? If so, is there any metadata for a run that tells one of the tool has been run on the fastq? For example, I would like to determine if a run's fastq file has been scrubbed or not.

@mbhall88 It appears you are asking if there is a way for you to determine if a submission you made to SRA under your BioProject flagged for "scrubbing" has in fact been scrubbed? If so I think it best if you contact sra@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov with that question. Thank you. for your patience.
