documentation difficult for the colorblind #563

The graphic which this is relaated to can be found here: https://github.com/ncbi/sra-tools/wiki/HowTo:-fasterq-dump It is possible that there are graphics with similar issues elsewhere. maybe just change one of the colours to light blue.
