Bug: codon_start and truncation flag (<) missing in .tbl for multi-segment CDS if sequence begins after end of segment 1 #72

The output feature table files do not correctly annotate codon_start or 5' truncation of CDS if they have more than one segment but the first segment is completely missing. I will try to construct a test case to add the the testsuite.
