I wonder if it's possible. I have two monitors, 1st is UHD, 2nd is 1680x1050, and all the HWC UI is better suited for the 2nd monitor.

Borderless windowed mode is enabled by default in the .ini. This should make it easier to move the game to another monitor with the Windows + Shift + Left/Right shortcut, does that work for you?
