General transformation failures for the July 20 2022 data #60

The following ontologies encountered some kind of resolvable error during transformation of the Jul 20 2022 BP dump. This means they may be missing nodes or edges; it usually indicates some issue with transforming to JSON or parsing the source.

Can ignore TEST_IDKWHATIMDO_1 at least

FBBT was just updated - the newest submission is 70, but the version from the data dump is 69.
