Transform, map, and prefix updates

• Fix #64 and #62 by updating prefixes
• Fix #63 by assuming CURIEs are node ids and changing where to look for hasSTY relations
• Enumerate errors for #60 - most of these are unresolvable, so ensure any resulting errors are caught
• Remove biolink:OntologyClass node types and replace with biolink:NamedThing unless other, more specific types are usable
• Update prefix list
