Merge and optimize the AllegroGraph branch code #122

This ticket encompasses the following tasks:

  1. Merge the existing code in Staging branch into Allegrograph_testing branch (sparql-client, goo, ontologies_linked_data, ontologies_api)
  2. Clean up the code, remove debug statements
  3. Optimize the code for a production release
  4. Assure backwards-compatibility between 4store and AllegroGraph

The code has been merged/optimized, the backwards compatibility with 4store has been ensured. The code has been deployed to production.
