Create a Jenkins job that uses Dockerized images of triple store backends #177

There is now a script, run_tests.rb that uses Dockerized images of AllegroGraph and 4store to run the test suite against. We need to create a Jenkins job that integrates this script, so that the tests in the Jenkins environment can be run against any type or version of the triple store.
