In my private ontology ICOSANAEEEX, I ran into an odd behavior, I was searching for documentation on this but couldn't find any. Given the following declarations:
the prefLabel in BioPortal and the Preferred Name both became "AIr Temperature" (my definition string), although in Protege prefLabel remained TA. But CEDAR was correct! Not sure why BioPortal would be using definition for the prefLabel and the Preferred Name (but not for the definition).
