Keep ontology metrics from one submission to another #189

It would be interesting to keep metrics from one submission to the other. It could help display changes and evolution (i.e. how a metrics evolved thru time).

For the moment, metrics from latest version http://data.bioontology.org/ontologies/NCIT/metrics

Erases the previous ones: http://data.bioontology.org/ontologies/NCIT/submissions/50/metrics http://data.bioontology.org/ontologies/NCIT/submissions/12/metrics
