BAO displays chinese attribute names #204

Reported by Sam at CDD, visible on all browsers and computers:

Chinese symbols used for some attribute names in BioPortal.

Label should be synonym in this screenshot for https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/BAO/?p=classes&conceptid=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bioassayontology.org%2Fbao%23BAO_0010267&jump_to_nav=true :

So far haven't been able to find an occurrence in another ontology.

Clearing caches on the Admin page did not affect.
