ontology file downloads of RDF/XML and Diff format should be named after the ontology acronym. #234

When downloading RDF/XML format ontologies the file gets saved as owlapi.xrdf and Diff gets saved as bubastis_diff.xml. A more user-friendly approach would be to include ontology names in those filenames. Downloads of csv format work as expected - files get saved as .csv.gz

Also, we should consider storing RDF/XML and diffs files compressed.
