FMA ontology misbehaving #244

CEDAR's StatusCake tests for BioPortal are reporting this error for FMA:

BioPortal [Ontologies-getRootClasses] - http://data.bioontology.org/ontologies/FMA/classes/roots?include=prefLabel,hasChildren,created,synonym,definition Your site went down! Code: 500 - Reason: Unexpected Status Code

I thought I'd report at least initial troubleshooting via this ticket as a reference case.

I duplicated the issue by trying to access that API URL, it still reports Internal server error.

The ontology summary page reports We're sorry but something has gone wrong. We have been notified of this error. Other API requests also fail.

I went to the Ontologies Admin page to see if there are any indications of failed processing. Last night's report does not show any issues with FMA, and links to 'Log' and 'Submissions' both fail. So entire ontology is a hard fail at the moment.

Tried flushing caches. Flush UI Cache and Reset UI Cache Connection did nothing. But when I added Flush GOO Cache and Flush HTTP Cache, FMA came right back up.
