description, contact, status metadata has disappeared from a number of ontologies. #276

A number of ontologies including CL, DOID, QUDT, MS, MARC-LANGUAGES, MF have lost description, contact, and status at some point in the past.

CL submission 94 and DOID submission 628 have complete metadata but subsequent submissions have that metadata missing.
